Directions:

Take 1/4 teaspoon or up to 1 t. daily as a shot in water, hot water as a tea or in a smoothie. Incorporate this blend after doing initial gut healing with our starter pack essential oils to avoid food sensitivities or reactions.

The 4 oz pouch has approximately 100 1/2 t. servings per package and the 1 lb size has approximately 400 1/2 t. serving per package.

Note: Our Organic Nutritional Yeast Powder is from selected organic strains and lactic acid bacteria cultures bred in a wholly organic nutrient solution made from organic grain, pure spring water and enzymes. The yeast strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is an inactive food grade nutritional yeast that is high in B vitamins and dietary fiber, and made up of over 1/3 protein.
