RETURN
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all New Day Whole Health essential oil purchases. Return with in 30 days for a full refund with a description of the reason for return. No refunds are offered on bulk powders or encapsulated products. Please order smaller quantities on your first order.
EXCHANGE
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item. Please return items and include a written explanation of concern.
REFUND
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address that you provide in the checkout. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

Shipping is available on the website to anywhere is the USA and Canada. For orders shipping to Canada you must select the ship to Canada option in the shopping cart.
