Ponderosa Counseling Center provides assessment and treatment of the whole person in the context of individual, family, and community. They work with children, adolescents, and young adults, offering psychiatric evaluations and medication management as well as individual and family therapy. They provide traditional psychiatric services in conjunction with holistic and complementary approaches.
Colorado Clean Eaters is a group where we can learn about food as medicine, hear from different Functional and Integrative Medical Doctors on a variety of topics, and BE INSPIRED for our health. Change happens in the community!

Classes include yoga, cooking, self-care and speakers on a variety of health topics.
